Enquiry form: Name, email, phone number and free-text message that you send us via the enquiry form or by email/WhatsApp/phone. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Event photos: In the course of a commissioned event production, we photograph your guests. The legal basis and data-processing agreement are set out in writing in the service contract. As the event organiser, you inform the guests about the photography and obtain their consent where required.

Server log files: When you visit our website, technically necessary data are processed (IP address, user agent, timestamp, referrer). These are used solely for providing the website, security purposes and technical analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools to measure user behaviour. Technically necessary cookies may be used (e.g. for the language-switching function).

Hosting (Vercel Inc.): The website is hosted on Vercel servers. When the page is accessed, technical data are transmitted to Vercel (see server log files). Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Fonts (locally hosted): Fonts are served locally via next/font. No connection to Google servers takes place.

Form delivery (FormSubmit): Enquiries you send via our forms are processed technically through the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to us by email. The data you enter (name, email, phone, message) are transmitted to FormSubmit and may be processed on servers outside the EU (e.g. the USA). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp. Privacy policy: formsubmit.co/privacy.

Elfsight Widgets (Reviews & Instagram): The reviews section and the Instagram section load widgets from Elfsight Ltd. that display public Google reviews and Instagram posts respectively. When the widgets load, technical data (IP address, user agent) are transmitted to Elfsight. Privacy policy: elfsight.com/privacy-policy.

WhatsApp Click-to-Chat: The WhatsApp button opens a chat link to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Data are only transmitted to WhatsApp when you click the button.

We process enquiries until the pre-contractual process is concluded. Upon entering into a contract, we retain data for as long as statutory retention obligations require (e.g. § 132 BAO: 7 years for tax-relevant documents). Server log files are deleted after 30 days.

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time.
